General Admission Wristband : Enjoy all three days of the Festival, the beach and the entire lineup. General Admission tickets will be sold at each price level until that allotment is gone, at which time the price will move to the next price level.
VIP Wristband : Enjoy VIP Viewing areas, swimming pools, private air-conditioned restrooms, complimentary snacks and beverages plus all the access of a GA ticket holder.
Super VIP Wristband : All the access of a VIP pass with added comfort and service, including meals prepared by acclaimed chefs, a spectacular elevated view of the Hangout stage, hot tubs, concierge services and onsite golf cart transportation.
Children 5 years old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket holding parent or guardian.

All ages welcome. 17 and under must be accompanied by a ticketing holding adult over the age of 21.
Children aged 5 and under are admitted FREE if accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian. Due to safety concerns, we cannot admit more than 2 children per supervising parent or guardian.
Wristbands will ship to ticket buyers in April 2021. Orders unable to be delivered will not be shipped twice under any circumstances and be available for pickup at will call. The original purchaser or person who activated the wristband, a photo ID, and the credit card used for purchase or activation are required for Will Call pickup or assistance at the box office. International orders will be shipped for an additional fee.
Yes! We highly encourage you to purchase a shuttle pass in advance even if you don’t know where you’re staying yet. With our ride any line, anytime shuttle pass, you won’t have to worry about choosing a specific shuttle line.

We will not be hosting a volunteer program for the 2021 festival, but thanks for your interest.
Hangout happens on a 7 mile long island along the Gulf of Mexico. The two towns on the the island (Gulf Shores and Orange Beach) are home to thousands of hotels, condos and beach houses.
Condos and houses are often more affordable than hotels because they have multiple bedrooms and you can split the price with friends. Plus, condos and houses have fully equipped kitchens so you can stock the fridge and freezer with groceries, snacks or cold refreshments.

No, Camp Hangout is not an overnight camping experience. Stop by during the festival for fun and games.

The following conditions are for guests entering the venue:
Heatstroke is not cool. Drink lots of water. Free water fountains and filling stations will be located throughout the Festival. Each ticket holder is allowed to bring one (1) empty nonglass water container.
Clear backpacks no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in to the venue. All bags will be thoroughly checked. There will be an express entrance line for fans that come without clear bags. We apologize for any delays or inconvenience but your safety is our primary concern.

Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available onsite. More information about the food vendors and options will be released prior to the Festival. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Wristbands cannot be removed and must be worn all three days for entry into the Festival.
Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will be denied entry (and that will make us sad).
Wristbands are nontransferable, nonexchangeable and cannot be replaced.
Each year hundreds of our amazing fans get tricked into buying a wristband or print at home tickets from Craigslist, Facebook, or ticket broker sites like VividSeats or SeatGeek. Unfortunately, many of these are already used or are counterfeits.
There will be a number of ATMs located throughout the festival. Credit cards are also accepted at all points of sale on site. Cha-ching!

Due to safety concerns we have an enforced 500 ft NO BOATING ZONE off the Hangout site. However there are miles of beautiful open waters around the site for your boating pleasure.
We hope you don't lose anything at this year's Festival, but if you do, stop by the Hangout Info Booth. Not coming back to The Hangout? You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your lost item. Be sure to include the type, brand, color and any additional info you can provide to identify the item.
We make every effort to create a safe environment at the Festival. To ensure this, we have security and medical staff working throughout the Festival. If you're experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.
If you need medical assistance, seek out the medical tent, or look for a police officer or festival staff member. Please refer to the Festival Map for the exact location of the Medical tents.

* Guidelines for CamelBak style hydration systems: Although SINGLE POCKET CamelBak style water bladder systems are allowed EMPTY into the venue, the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. Additionally, CamelBak style bladder carriers must have no more than ONE pocket in addition to the compartment that hold the water bladder. Any CamelBak style water bladders that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection will not be allowed into the festival. Any CamelBak style bladder carriers larger than the permitted size will not be allowed into the festival.
ALLOWED/PROHIBITED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
**Guidelines for prescription and OTC medications: Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any persons attempting to bring in prescription medication must have government issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. You will only be allowed to carry the dosage of prescription medication required for the duration of each individual Event date. Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.
NO Tents, umbrellas, or temporary structures of any kind
NO Weapons, knives, or firearms of any kind, including any item that can be used as a weapon
NO Narcotics, including marijuana, drug paraphernalia and any other illegal substances
NO Backpacks, cinch bags, briefcases, purses, or bags allowed except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
NO Alcoholic beverages of any kind
NO Drones or any other remote flying device
NO Focused light devices, including laser pointers
NO Refillable vapor or electronic cigarettes
NO Unsealed: cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum and chapstick/lip gloss
NO Marker pens and spray paint

The Hangout Music Festival provides ADA accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, viewing and seating. Seating in the ADA Viewing area is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis for ADA guests and companions.
