Box Office & Will Call

Box office opens at 10am every day, starting Wednesday May 15^th.
Gates open at 2 pm on Thursday, May 16th.
Gates open at 11 am Friday-Sunday, May 17 – 19th.

Re-Entry/Ins & Outs & Wristband Policy

Three-day ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a weekend wristband and will be allowed to re-enter the Festival.
Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.
Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.
They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days to allow entry.
Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry (and that will make us sad).
Do NOT put wristbands on before arriving at the festival

Ticket Shipping

Wristbands have started to ship! We will be mailing wristbands this year, not tickets. Once you receive your wristband, do NOT put it on. Please wait until arriving at the festival so our fantastic staff can put it on for you. If you do not receive your wristbands 7 days before the event, please contact us.

I received my wristband, but there is nothing to indicate that it allows access to the Kickoff party though I purchased it with my 3-day pass.

My friends wristband looks the same and he did not buy the Kickoff party ticket.

I need help! I bought 2 wristband/tickets 3 day passes for my daughter and her friend. They both made the varsity cheer squad and have mandatory choreography and stunt camp the weekend. Can I get a refund or do I have to try and sell them? HELP!
