PARKING
There is no parking at the festival, we encourage everyone to use our shuttle system.

SHUTTLES
Hangout Shuttles are the best option to avoid traffic congestion that occurs around the festival entrance. We’ve got these shuttles dialed in to offer you the fastest and easiest way to get to site!

And with the Golden Shuttle program you will have a chance to win awesome prizes including VIP upgrades and festival merchandise. All you have to do is get on the bus!

I would just like to make a plea to please add shuttle service down Ft. Morgan Rd. maybe picking up/dropping off at The Beach Club? Those of us at Martinique and The Beach Club would really appreciate not having to drive back and forth every day.

Please make the shuttles more frequent and efficient this year. Especially if you are raising the price of the shuttle pass! Waited for 2+ hours at the end of the night just to get on the bus. My only complaint of the entire experience!

  Hi David, we understand what you’re saying. Unfortunately the end of the night is a little tricky since everyone is leaving the festival at the same time.. it’s almost impossible to have no wait time. But we are working on it for this year and will continue to work on it for the future. Thanks for the feedback and we hope you have another amazing experience this year!!

If we do not take a shuttle will there be designated parking? If so will it cost to park daily and if so how much? Just trying to determine whether to drive myself or hop on a bus.. Thanks!

    Hi Jake, there is no designated parking. We highly recommend the shuttles as it is very difficult to find private parking and is often expensive.     never got a reply on where or if handicap parking is available or my oxygen question answered just a form reply saying thanks for contacting us what a joke. Pay 1300 for VIP pass and can’t even get a single question answered.

      Hi Jan, we are very sorry for the lack of response. ADA Parking is located on the corner of 1st street and Highway 59 in the Alvin’s Island Parking Lot. And of course your oxygen bottle will be allowed into the festival!

when I purchased my shuttle pass, phoenix vi was the furthest east they went; now I see that the same line goes all of the way to the bridge; does it matter where I get off or may I continue to the next stop as my condo is walking distance from the bridge eastward and this would cut about a mile off my after show hike?

It says all the shuttle passes are sold out. How should we get to the festival with no parking and no shuttle passes available? Above it reads “we encourage everyone to use our shuttle system” but I cannot purchase a ticket. Any suggestions, or will more be going on sale?
