Any 2011 VIP ticket holders……would say it is worth it? the additional cost?
Are you VIP'ing 2012?
I understand free drinks is cool, but what makes it really worth it? Is it avoiding the lines? VIP viewing pool section? Not as crowded??

2011 VIP holder question:
Not a 2011 VIP holder. In 2011 I wished I was a VIP ticket holder. I couldn't get anywhere near the stages, and some shows you were so far back you couldn't even hear the music much less make out what is happening on stage. The lines for everything including entrance and even getting your wristbands were outrageous. All of this can be avoided with VIP tickets.
Is it worth the additioinal cost?
Yes, if you have the money and you want to get the most out of the trip i would recommend it.
Am I VIPing in 2012?
No, only because i go with a big group and not everyone can afford it, so I am choosing to save the money and stay with the group. If you have a must see band. Get to the stage at least an hour before they play or you will be way back.
The food and drink perk is also nice, but in my opinion not the reason to buy VIP.

My girlfriend and I went Super VIP last year and it was worth every penny! SVIP has a lot of additional amenities from VIP but either way it's the right move. SVIP has amazing catered food in the air conditioned dinning area, the golf cart rides from stage to stage is a huge perk, and SO much room in the viewing area to boogie which are perfectly placed right up front. For the additional money you would end up spending on booze and food anyway…your way better off going VIP/SVIP…and yes, we are going SVIP 2012. See you there!

Not only are there NO single day passes available at any price level, all their VIP tickets have sold out. Your only hope would be possible VIP tickets through EBay or ticket reseller…but the cost will be really high!

Should just be the early birds that are sold out, not the entire VIP ticket allotment.

so the area you can see in that one photo, VIP up close but it looks like hardly any people are there, that's SVIP only??
