Does anyone know when shuttle service begins and ends?

My apologies if this is already listed somewhere (couldn't find it).

The shuttles will start running at 11:00AM each day of the festival and run continuously throughout the day until 60 minutes after the last act ends. Each guest who has purchased shuttle passes will be receiving an e-mail from us about a week or two before the festival with detailed information on exact shuttle locations, as well as shuttle times.

If we ordered a shuttle pass, do you know when they will be shipped to us? I know tickets are currently on their way, but what about for the shuttles?
