I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease last week and cannot have gluten. Are there any gluten free beer and food options available inside the festival?

Stick to non fried seafood and you shouldn't have a problem. As for the beer, good luck, stick with booze.

I know we have vegan options so I don't think its a stretch that, especially non-HOMF vendors, in the fest will serve gluten free foods…

As far as beer goes… MAYBE but very very doubtful. Sadly, due to the nature of beer, getting diagnosed with a gluten allergy or intolerance is like a race car driver losing his hands. There are only a handful of gluten free beers out there and I dont think any HOMF partners/sponsors/vendors will be serving it.
