I'm planning on coming to hangout this year from Orlando so I want to make sure it will be worth it, but have a few questions. In the pictures I have seen it looks like there is a gate all the way around the fest that keeps you from actually walking down to the beach itself and getting in the ocean?? if you wanted to just camp out on the beach could you do that? Also what other activities besides concerts does the hangout have to offer and does it come at an extra price? I read some where there are late shows but at an extra charge??? And finally once the concert ends each night do you have to leave the sight and come back the next morning?

- You can't get into the Gulf from inside the festival gates
- You can't just camp on the beach, but there are campgrounds within a few miles
- They have late night shows that go on after the concert ends at 11, but they do have a separate ticket. Last year was $25-30
- You have to leave the concert grounds at 11pm after that night's headlining act. There are tons of hotels, condos and beach houses to rent, but they are disappearing quick. Some within walking, biking distance, and others that the festival provides a shuttle service for.
