Hi Vnolan! welcome to the boards. As for swimming, I'm sure you realize that there is no way they would be able to leave access to the gulf while actually still "inside" the festival. Let alone the impossible insurance/liability issues involved and it would be unrealistic to think that they could control access into the festival via the gulf.

That said, your 3 day pass includes re-entry into the festival at your leisure. So just leave through one of the 3 entrances, take your dip and head back in.
