So I came on here a few weeks ago when tickets were being sold and I put on my wristband like a dumbass. I had to take it off for a job interview last week and I just want to make sure I can get in or get it replace and if so where do I go or who should I call?

Frontgate told me to go down there and I did when I put it on but the Hangout managers said they wouldn't have any until the festival. Then I read the FAQ that was updated and it says no damaged or cut wristbands will be replaced. I hope I didn't waste 230 bucks on a dumb mistake
