I'm pretty sure, this is was an honest Omission, but on the legend it makes note of Water Stations, however there are none on the map.

Personally I'm only going to be drinking 99% beer on Festival Grounds, but for the past two years My friends and I have engaged in some SERIOUS Water Gun Assassin Battles, and it would help me out to know where to reload. Any Thoughts?
