We are considering bringing a scooter to get to festival from 2.5 miles away easier. I did not want to buy shuttle passes as we wanna keep some drinks handy.

1st question is do we have to by law wear helmets for the scooter? I saw that a motorcycle you had to but not sure if scooter falls under that law. We are borrowing scooter so not sure how it all works. Also does anybody know where we could park a scooter close by for a price of course. Cool
