I know it may seem like a large portion of the comments on these boards skew towards the negative but I know that the vast majority of people attending the fest are very happy with the way things have progressed.
I can't imagine what must be accomplished in order for this festival to happen. I know there must be an army of people that have been working for months to make this happen for us.
I just want to relay my appreciation for the countless hours, blood, sweat, and tears that you all have sacrificed for us.
Once again, thank you Hangout. Thank you very much.

Well put! I'd like to share my $0.02:
I'm guilty of getting negative once… ONCE!!  My bad.
But, yes, I'm absolutely thrilled about 99.99% of what's happening! I am literally counting down the hours until I'm there! This is THE summer vacation for me… and I've been anticipating it since I left the festival last year. I'm sure there are some of you in management that have been planning Hangout 2012 since that point too and I appreciate all of your hard work
So, ladies and gentlemen, I lift my beer to you! <3s and THANK YOU!

lol…and just to clarify, I wasn't pointing fingers at anyone for anything. I just wanted to make sure that the balance was maintained.  I know how it works, for the most part the people coming to post on here either have a question they need answered or a complaint they want to voice. Those things are necessary but sometimes I think it could get overwhelming for those behind the curtain and they need an 'ataboy sometimes, just like the rest of us.

Agreed! I know me and all of my friends are literally ecstatic about this year's fest. Everytime we see each other it has become customary to greet each other with "(blank) MORE DAYS!" Thank god that number is finally getting small.

Yeah, there are a couple things that I haven't been completely thrilled about, but what you said is absolutely correct!!! This is going to be an amazing weekend and the pre-party they put together might as well be an extra day of the festival because that lineup is absurd!!
I wanted to go so bad last year but never made it happen…there was no way I was letting that happen to me again. The lineup (as always) is incredible and the only flaw is there are just too many good bands to be able to see them all…that is definitely an awesome problem to have :-D
Much love to every single person that is involved in this event and cannot wait to see what is actually in store. The amount of effort put into this is just incredible and the people that made this happen deserve the highest respect.

This will be passed alog when people aren't snowed under and truly aprreciated but I know the biggest desire, from the top, is that this becomse a community where people can answer each other, get rides, get rooms, share stories, etc. and not just be a Q&A with me or a place to voice frustration. We hear you, the communication is getting better but FOR NOW…
