We will be driving in each day from about 20 miles away and riding our bikes to and from the beach/car/festival.  What time do people usually start showing up?? We want to be sure we get there early enough to find reasonable parking.

Due to the TOTAL lack of parking so close to the beach Hangout can't accommodate any parking for most ticket holders (kahuna excluded even then its 1 per two)

The locals that rent their lots, I think its going to be a crap shoot for you but certainly appreciate people spending some money with them to park on their lawns and such… maybe it will loosen them up about late nights again. ;)
