What are the laws on drinking on the beach?

Will anyone be partying on the beach after the music stops?

Anyone staying at the Boardwalk condos?

We travel to the GS about once a year and you are able to drink on the beach. No glass like most other public beach's. We are staying at Surfside shores 2 this weekend. I'm sure you will be able to find us we will have the in-ground Beer Pong table setup. We accept all challenges! Looking forward to a good weekend.

Drinking on the beach is tolerated as long as you don't take glass. Just pour your beverage into a solo cup and you're fine.

Drinking and driving WILL get you arrested in Alabama. Don't do that.
