pig…. i am sure this is your first festival, and you are just the type of person who is bubbly about dmb, skrillex, g love,dispatch, the lips. these are band to get the frats and bros to attend because they are "cool bands to say you saw" no one really cares about these acts. i am also sure you radio is always dialed in to kasey kasem's top 40. you never heard of the other bands on the bill, until you saw the poster.

by the way, saw vedder in concert and he just whined about how america was trampeling on peoples rights and how he hates george bush and how the south was redneck and how his ice cream was toooooooo cold……..

Not to mention one of your magical bands consists of old ass dudes that have been around the same amount of time as them and not one band or group they've been in (which is a quite a few) has come close to Eddie or DMB in popularity or hit after hit after hit.

Boss I have a lot of confidence that I've seen and experienced way more shit than you as far as live music. No where near my first festival and I will still be going to see your frat party bands like DMB and Skrillex. Hell, I might even go see dispatch. And do you know a single thing about the Flaming Lips?? Since when was that some new poppy frat band? That's an old band for people who like to get fucked up.

I'm pretty damn sure 90% of everyone there will be joining the frat boys at these shows! I'm going to see Dave, again, bc they are incredible and even more incredible live… not so I can say I've seen them. Again.

I take it you wont be going to the RHCP frat fest right? They are even older than DMB and def a washed up sorry ass band. I wouldn't waste my time there either If I were you. Hell, if there are so many shitty bands and none of the bands on yoru wish list are playing, then why in the hell are you going?

And it's ok you're a DMB nuthugger I used to be BIG TIME. Sorry for making fun of DMB fanatics the other day! I was just thinking about the last one I went to in Charlotte last year and it was nothing but 17 year olds who thought every new song he played was the greatest song he'd ever put out.

no worries GF. I agree the crowd is getting out of hand at DMB shows, I've been going to their shows since 2000 and it has really changed a lot. Maybe I've just gotten older though…lol.

@Pig @GF – The last DMB show I went to was Charlotte 2010 (I think) and this young girl with heels on was screaming at every new song, then she would ask me the name of it, I would tell her, then she would text her friends to tell them what was playing….then she left during Some Devil Surprised
