i heard there was a noise ordinance that after a certain hour people had to be quiet at the camp ground. that probably won't hold during that weekend though.

I have to figure that at least 95% of the people staying in the campgrounds will be going to the fest so I don't think they would be able to do much to hold to the "quiet time".  Honestly I feel bad for anyone staying there and not going to the fest.

yeah that's totally what i was thinking too. hopefully someone isn't dumb enough to make a reservation there if they aren't going, unless it's some kids just hoping to score cool drugs.
but i'll have my ukulele on the beach each night. anyone with djembes, guitars, etc. is more than welcome to join ;)

I'm sure there won't be a shortage of after parties.
What's the bar/club scene down there? Are there any, and how late are they kickin? I DO like the idea of the beach scene, but also know that it will prob be squashed by the local authorities esp if we're having too much fun.

yeah that's what i'm thinking. i mean it's a public beach so we should have the right to stay on it all night, but i've also heard alabama cops are the worst. so we'll probable have to wander a few miles from the festival to party on the beach. just a guess. never been to gulf shores before. but that's what i'm probably the most excited about for this festival (besides dmb and rhcp)

yeah, but that says weekend pass. i just wanted to go one night. also it doesn't say which one is the eoto show. there's like three different options. it's not a big deal; i think my budget may prevent that from happening anyway. i'm cool with chillin' on the beach though.
